TEACHER TRAINING 200 HOURS
Inspired by Pralaya Yoga

A complete yoga training that lays a solid foundation to deepen your passion for Yoga and share it with others in a safe, effective and inspiring way.

In this 200H Teacher Training you will learn how to teach yoga in a safe, professional and inspiring way from the Pralaya Yoga system. Your personal development, together with all basic knowledge and skills, is central to this.

The basis consists of getting to know the human body on a physical, energetic and mental/emotional level - with your own body as a yoga lab. You will discover how these different levels influence each other and how you can use asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation to bring body and mind more into balance. In addition, you will learn more about the history, philosophy and ethics of yoga and you will receive explanations and practicals in teaching skills (arranging order, giving directions & adjustments, space holding). Finally, we also pay attention to your professional development as a teacher.

You follow the training with a nice, committed group of fellow students under the guidance of lead trainers Robert Boustany, Ellen van der Valk and Dorinda Farver, all three E-RYT 500 certified.

A number of lectures are especially intended as Q&A sessions, where participants can directly submit questions to Robert about their own practice, teaching or themes that fall under the Teacher Training curriculum.
