LEARN HOW TO BECOME AND STAY BALANCED
Chakras are important energy points in the body. The literal translation from Sanskrit is: 'wheel'. So each chakra point is a wheel of energy. You can imagine that if the wheel keeps getting stuck due to obstacles, it does not turn well and therefore the energy does not flow properly. Each chakra point has specific properties.
Even if you already have a lot of knowledge about these properties of the different Chakras, it can still be a challenge to actually do something with that knowledge. Because which yoga exercises can you use to get started with the energy flow in your first chakra? Which meditations are suitable for balance in your throat chakra and which habits cause the imbalance in your heart chakra?
How can you do that? In this 5-week course with Karimu . Each week a specific Chakra is centralized. At the end of the course you will know how to use your personal practice to tackle blockages in the energy flow. You know what to do to give your body the care it needs.
This course is also for you if you are already familiar with the Chakra system but can use new inspiration to use it in a different way; for yourself or for the students you teach.
There is room for a maximum of 11 participants.
