ILSE VAN OPSTAL
"Yoga has made me softer and more aware. It helps me to stay balanced. When i'm on the mat, i'm fully in the now. It requires constant practice to bring the same awareness into daily life".
Ilse is a driven yoga and pilates teacher and a mother of two teens. She has a legal background and turned her life around completely about 10 years ago. By focussing more on her family and her passion; making people more aware of their body. "My goal is to let people (re)discover balance, to make them reconnect to their bodies. I like to motivate people and share my experiences, with personal attention. I see it as a challenge to make my classes suitable for everyone that joins".
Besides different trainings in Pilates and fitness, Ilse also completed the 500 with Robert Boustany. She attends workshops in PIlates and Yoga on a regular basis. Right now she is diving deeper into yoga philosophy and authentic Himalayan Meditation techniques.
