MEETING SPACES

Planning a meeting, event or brainstorm session and looking for a location? Yogasite has several large spaces available. Always including tea and water, with possibilities for arranging an organic lunch, yoga session, meditation, workshop or motivational speaker... Create the perfect day for your get together!

Spaces are available in different time slots, which are set up as follows:
morning: 8u00 - 12u30
afternoon: 13u00 - 17u30
evening: 18u00 - 22u30

Use of a beamer is possible at 20 euros per day. A flip-over is available at 12,50 per day. Prices don't include 21% VAT.

Any alterations made to the space, requires personal assistance. Labour costs are 25 euros per hour (not including 21% VAT).

LOVE & LAUGHTER

This space is 170 m2, and has large windows which makes it a very bright space. It overlooks our garden. Rental of a beamer, projection screen and/or flip-over is possible. Tables and chairs can be placed on request. The space can be split up into two 85 m2 spaces.

COSTS:
Entire space: € 110,00 per time slot

Half space: € 80,00 per time slot

Prices do not include 21% VAT and do include complementary water & tea.

INTENTION

This space is 95 m2, has a cork floor and is quite bright. It overlooks our garden. Rental of a beamer, projection screen and/or flip-over is possible. Tables and chairs can be placed on request.

LIGHT

This space is 90 m2, has windows along one side and has a cork floor. Light is accessible using a few steps (5 steps up). Rental of a beamer, projection screen and/or flip-over is possible. Tables and chairs can be placed on request.
