Slowing down is one of the best way to reduce stress and gain some balance back into our hectic lives. Such a rushed lifestyle without causes stress and health problems along the way.Learning to slow down gives us the ability 'to do' more and to be more efficient in a relaxed way. Simply by slowing down and relaxing we can balance the yang side of us and of life. Slowing down opens the space for tranquility and meditation.In this workshop we will work with tips and techniques like:
- creating a morning routine
- adopting simple meditation techniques
- practicing yoga forms that support a slow pace.
- combining the practice of yin yoga with affirmations.
This a powerful tool to ground your intention into manifestation.
