You will discover how you can raise your happiness level by doing small, simple but very effective interventions. As Shawn Achor - happiness researcher at Harvard - puts it: "Happiness is not the believe that we don't need to change is the realisation that we can".
I believes both worlds - East and West - are saying the same thing but using a different language. In this workshop it all comes together as one. Let's use our whole selves to raise the level of wellbeing and happiness in our own lives first and then spread it into the world.
